This policy explains how we handle shipping and returns for orders placed on fuegoyalmacellars.com. Because we sell alcoholic beverages, shipping is subject to additional legal requirements beyond typical e-commerce orders.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old, or the legal drinking age in your jurisdiction if higher, to purchase from this Site. An adult signature (21+) is required at the time of delivery. Carriers will not leave alcohol shipments unattended, and packages may require an in-person signature from someone who appears of legal age. If no eligible adult is available to sign, the carrier may attempt redelivery or hold the package for pickup.

Where We Ship

Direct-to-consumer alcohol shipping is regulated on a state-by-state basis, and the states we are licensed to ship to are still being finalized. This section will be updated with the current list of eligible states before we begin fulfilling orders. We are not able to ship to addresses in states where we do not hold the required license, and we cannot ship to addresses outside the United States.

Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to P.O. boxes, military (APO/FPO) addresses, or freight-forwarding addresses. A street address where an adult 21 or older can sign for the package is required at checkout.

Processing and Delivery Times

Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Delivery times vary by carrier and destination, and may be longer during periods of high demand or extreme weather that could affect the wine in transit. You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships.

Returns and Refunds

Due to state alcohol regulations, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns for a change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Please inspect your package upon arrival before signing for it.
